Summary
Quventa is designed with your privacy as a priority. All your financial data is stored exclusively on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or have access to any of your personal or financial information.
1. Information You Provide
When you use the App, you may enter the following types of information:
- Financial Data: Expense amounts, income amounts, budget limits, debt details, bill information, and savings goals
- Categories & Notes: Expense/income categories, tags, and optional notes
- Preferences: Language, currency, appearance (light/dark mode), and notification settings
All of this information is stored locally on your device only. We never collect, access, or transmit this data to any server.
2. Information We Do NOT Collect
We do not collect:
- Personal identifiers (name, email address, phone number)
- Location data
- Device identifiers or advertising IDs
- Usage analytics or behavioral data
- Photos, contacts, calendar, or health data
- Cookies or tracking technologies
3. Data Storage
- All data is stored on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework
- User preferences are stored using Apple's UserDefaults
- No cloud storage, no remote servers, no external databases
- Data remains on your device and is protected by your device's built-in security (passcode, Face ID, Touch ID)
4. Third-Party Services
The App offers optional premium subscriptions managed entirely through Apple's App Store. Payment is processed by Apple, not by us. We do not collect or store your payment information. Apple's privacy policy governs the transaction.
We do not use any analytics, advertising, crash reporting, social media SDKs, or tracking tools.
5. Notifications
The App may request permission to send local notifications for budget alerts, bill reminders, and spending summaries. These notifications are generated entirely on your device. No data is sent to external servers. You can disable notifications at any time through the App's settings or your device's notification settings.
6. Data Export & Backup
The App provides CSV export, JSON backup, and PDF report features. These files are created locally on your device. When you share them, you control where they are sent.
7. Data Deletion
You can delete all your data at any time through Settings → Delete All Data. Since no data is stored on our servers, deletion is immediate and complete. Uninstalling the App also removes all data.
8. Children's Privacy
Quventa is designed for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
9. Data Security
- On-device storage only — no network transmission of financial data
- iOS sandboxing — the App's data is isolated from other apps
- Device-level encryption — protected by your passcode, Face ID, or Touch ID
10. International Users
The App complies with applicable data protection regulations including GDPR (EU) and KVKK (Turkey). Since all data is stored locally on your device, you retain full control at all times.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by the "Last Updated" date above.
