Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using Quventa ("the App") developed by Bayram Baş ("we," "us," or "our").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. App Description
Quventa is a personal finance management tool that allows you to track expenses, income, budgets, debts, bills, and savings goals. The App stores all data locally on your device and does not require an account or internet connection for core functionality.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use this App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
3.1 Free and Premium Tiers
The App offers both free and premium features. Certain advanced features require an active premium subscription ("Quventa Premium").
3.2 Subscription Plans
- Monthly Plan: Billed monthly at the price displayed at the time of purchase
- Yearly Plan: Billed annually at the price displayed at the time of purchase
Prices may vary by region and are subject to change. Current pricing is always displayed within the App before purchase.
3.3 Free Trial
Both subscription plans may include a 7-day free trial. The free trial automatically converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial expires.
3.4 Billing and Renewal
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price
- You can manage and cancel your subscription through your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
3.5 Refunds
All payments are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted through Apple's support channels. We do not process payments or refunds directly.
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- The accuracy of the financial data you enter into the App
- Maintaining the security of your device and the data stored on it
- Creating backups of your data using the App's export features if desired
- Complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your use of the App
5. Not Financial Advice
The App is a tracking and organizational tool only. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Budget suggestions, spending analysis, and any insights provided by the App are for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional financial guidance. Consult a qualified financial advisor for decisions regarding your personal finances.
6. Data and Privacy
- All your financial data is stored exclusively on your device
- We do not collect, access, or transmit your personal or financial data
- Uninstalling the App or using the "Delete All Data" feature permanently removes all data

7. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, code, graphics, icons, and content, is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:
- The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of bugs
- The App will meet your specific requirements
- Calculations or reports generated by the App are free from errors
You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of any financial calculations or reports.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or financial losses arising from your use of the App.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or third parties.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected by the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
