Renlio Terms of Service
Effective date: 19 May 2026 Last updated: 19 May 2026 Version: 2.0
1. General
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form the legal agreement between you ("User", "you") and Bayram Baş ("we", "Provider") regarding the Renlio mobile application ("App" or "Service"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App and delete it.
2. No Account System
Renlio has no account system. There is no registration form, username, password, email, or Apple ID sign-in flow. You start using the App immediately upon opening it.
All your subscription data is stored directly in your Apple ID's iCloud private container (iCloud.com.bayrambas.renlio). The data resides on Apple Inc.'s infrastructure under your control and is not sent to developer servers.
3. Age Requirement
To use the App you must be at least 13 years old and legally capable of entering into a digital service contract in your country. Some EU countries set this age at 16; please follow your local law. For users under 13/16, parental or guardian consent is required.
4. Scope of Service and License
4.1 Right to use (license)
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you have a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Renlio on iOS devices supported by Apple.
4.2 Apple-Provided License Terms (App Store EULA)
For apps downloaded from the Apple App Store, Apple applies the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Schedule 1 / LAEULA). If there is a conflict between these Terms and the Apple EULA, the more restrictive one applies. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and has the right to enforce your compliance.

4.3 Open-source components
Renlio includes some open-source software (e.g., swift-* packages). The respective licenses apply; the full list will be accessible in-app or via the support site (when published).
5. User Obligations
You agree NOT to:
- Violate any law, third-party right, or these Terms
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code (except as permitted by law)
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to extract data from the App or our catalog API
- Damage the Service, overload it, or attempt to bypass security mechanisms
- Use the App for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful content production
6. User Content
The subscription records, prices, notes, and settings you enter in Renlio are yours. We do not read, see, use, or share them — because they technically do not reach us; they reside only in your Apple ID iCloud.
Renlio has no traditional user-shared content (forum, comments, uploaded files). Accordingly, no content moderation, sharing license, or takedown procedure is required.
7. Intellectual Property
The Renlio app, codebase, brand, logo, design, screen layouts, content, and catalog structure are owned by Bayram Baş and are protected under copyright and trademark law. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or derivative works are prohibited.

8. Third-Party Services
The Service relies on the following third-party infrastructure:
- Apple Inc. — App Store distribution, StoreKit payment, iCloud / CloudKit (user data storage, invisible to developer), Push service (silent sync), Face ID/Touch ID
The Service runs only on Apple infrastructure — no other third-party SDK, analytics provider, or data broker is integrated. Apple's own agreements/policies apply. Data flows and privacy details are described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Fees, Subscription, and Purchases
9.1 Free and premium tier
Renlio has a free tier. A premium subscription may be offered for certain features. Current plans and prices are shown in the in-app paywall and on the App Store product page.
9.2 Payment via Apple App Store
All paid transactions are processed via Apple App Store / StoreKit2. Your card information is kept by Apple; it is not transmitted to us. Apple sends us only the transaction ID, product ID, and subscription status.
9.3 Subscription terms (Apple-required disclosures)
When you purchase an auto-renewing subscription, you accept the following (Apple Schedule 2 / StoreKit requirements):
- Auto-renewal: The subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Renewal charge: Charged to your Apple ID within the last 24 hours of the current period.
- Cancellation: You can cancel anytime via Apple ID Settings → Subscriptions → Renlio. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; you continue to benefit from the Service until then.
- Free trial (if any): If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription starts automatically and you will be charged.
- Management: Manage your subscriptions via Apple → Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

9.4 Price changes
When the subscription price changes, you will be notified via Apple before the next renewal. If you do not accept the price increase, you may cancel the subscription; otherwise the new price applies (Apple Guideline 3.1.2 + StoreKit procedure).
9.5 Refund policy
For App Store purchases, refund requests are made directly via Apple: - https://reportaproblem.apple.com - Apple Media Services Terms apply - The developer (we) cannot intervene in refund decisions; they are at Apple's discretion
9.6 EU consumer rights (right of withdrawal)
If you live in the EU, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content purchases (CRD 2011/83/EU). However, for digital content, this right lapses if you have given your prior express consent to begin performance immediately during the purchase and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. Apple's payment flow includes this acknowledgment.
9.7 Turkish consumer rights
If you live in Turkey, the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Distance Sales Regulation grant a right of withdrawal; however, for digital content purchases, if you accepted the terms under which this right expires at the time of purchase, the right of withdrawal lapses. Consumer complaints are within the jurisdiction of the Local Consumer Arbitration Committee or the Consumer Court.
10. Warranty Disclaimer
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
- The catalog prices in the App (Netflix, Spotify, etc.) are for informational purposes; Renlio updates them on a best-effort basis, but the official service provider's pricing always applies. Your actual bill may differ from the in-app amount.
- We make no implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement of third-party rights (subject to legal mandates).
- iCloud availability, CloudKit service level, and data synchronization timing are under Apple's control; we cannot be held responsible for delays, data inconsistencies, or losses caused by them.
Some jurisdictions do not permit limitation of implied warranties; in that case, such limitation does not apply to you.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Renlio's total liability is limited to the amount you paid Apple for Renlio in the last 12 months (if you're on the free tier: zero).
- We cannot be held liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages (lost profits, lost data, business interruption, reputational harm, etc.).
This limitation does not apply to: willful misconduct, gross negligence, harm to life/health, or mandatory consumer-protection provisions (TR 6502, EU Consumer Rights Directive).
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Renlio and Bayram Baş from third-party claims arising from:
- Your breach of these Terms
- Your use of the App in violation of laws or third-party rights
13. Suspension and Termination
13.1 Termination by Provider
We may suspend or terminate the Service if you breach these Terms. For serious breaches (unlawful use, security attack), immediate termination without notice is possible.
13.2 Service discontinuation
If we discontinue Renlio's commercial operation: - At least 60 days' prior notice will be posted on the support site and, where possible, on the App Store product page - Users will be offered the ability to export their data from the app (JSON, Profile → Export Data) - The app will be removed from the Apple App Store - For active subscriptions, Apple refund policies apply - User data in the CloudKit private container remains on Apple's iCloud infrastructure; the user can delete it any time via Apple iCloud Settings
13.3 Termination by User
You can stop using the Service at any time by deleting the App and tapping Profile → "Reset all data" (per App Store Review Guideline 5.1.1(v)). All device data + CloudKit data is deleted. To cancel active subscriptions, additionally cancel them from Apple ID → Subscriptions.
14. Modification of the Service
We may improve, add, remove features, redesign, or update pricing from time to time. Material feature changes are announced in the app release notes (App Store "What's New" section) and on the support site. If you do not accept changes, you may stop using the App.
15. Modification of Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always published at the canonical support site URL; you can track changes via the effective date and version number at the top. Material changes are announced on the support site. Continued use of the App after the new Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance; if you do not agree, you must stop using the App.
16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- Governing law: Laws of the Republic of Turkey
- Jurisdiction: Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices
- Consumer disputes: If you live in Turkey, you may also bring claims before the Consumer Arbitration Committee or the Consumer Court in your place of residence.
- EU Online Dispute Resolution: If you live in the EU: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
17. Miscellaneous
17.1 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
17.2 No waiver
The non-enforcement of any right at one time does not constitute a waiver of that right in the future.

You may not assign your rights or obligations without our consent. The Provider (we) may assign this Agreement with prior notice.
17.4 Notices
Notices: bayrambas255@icloud.com
