TINMARCHPLAYER SUPPORT
Language: English

Privacy Policy

Effective date: 4 September 2026 · Developer and data controller: Bayram Baş

This policy explains the free, offline release of Tinmarch and this support website. It is a privacy notice, not a request for consent. Contact: bayrambas255@icloud.com.

At a glance

Tinmarch does not require an account. The game has no advertising, in-app purchases, subscriptions, third-party analytics SDK, automatic gameplay upload or cross-app tracking. Your gameplay records stay on your device unless you choose to share them. Visiting this website or sending support email involves the separate services described below.

What stays on your device

The game stores campaign progress, stars and objectives, unlocked content, equipped commands, research, saved battles and runs, daily results, tutorial records, and sound and display preferences. These records provide the game and let you resume play. Daily-result history keeps the 35 most recent recorded challenge dates, while recent-play history keeps the 35 most recent active play dates. These records may span more than 35 calendar days. Other records remain until reset, removed, or replaced during play.

An optional gameplay report uses local summary counts of battles by mode, outcomes, retries, exits and continuation choices, timing ranges for the first command, the first recorded day of play, recent play dates and campaign mission summaries. The generated report does not include your name, contact information, advertising identifier or a persistent device identifier. Preparing a report creates a local file; it does not transmit it.

There is no Tinmarch account database, game server, cloud save service or online leaderboard. The app does not ask for access to your contacts, photos, camera, microphone or location. The developer cannot remotely read or restore your local save.

Sharing is your choice

If you choose to share a daily result or gameplay report, the system share sheet lets you choose its recipient or destination app. That recipient receives the content you select. Their own privacy practices apply, and copies outside Tinmarch are no longer controlled by the game. You can play without sharing anything. If you send a report to the developer, it becomes part of the support correspondence described below.

Support correspondence

When you email bayrambas255@icloud.com, Bayram Baş receives your email address, the name your email service supplies, message content and any attachments you send. Device model, operating system and app version, a screenshot, a UTC challenge date and steps to reproduce a problem can help. Provide only information needed for your request; do not send passwords, payment details or unrelated sensitive information.

This information is used to answer you, investigate a problem, improve the affected feature, handle privacy requests and, when necessary, establish or defend legal rights or comply with a legal duty. It is not used for advertising, sold, or added to a marketing list. Support is handled through Apple's iCloud Mail. Necessary information may be disclosed to a service provider helping deliver email, or to a competent authority when legally required.

Support correspondence is retained while the request is active and, under our retention policy, deleted within 12 months after resolution. Information needed for a legal duty or a specific dispute may be retained for the applicable period and restricted to that purpose. Provider backups and delivery records follow the provider's own retention practices. You may request earlier deletion where no applicable retention ground remains.

This website and external services

This static site is hosted by GitHub Pages. It has no developer-added cookies, analytics, advertising, embedded third-party media, account system or contact form. Fonts come from your device; the app icon is served with the site. GitHub may process technical request information, such as your IP address and browser information, to host, secure and operate the service. See GitHub's Privacy Statement. Opening an external link subjects that visit to the destination's practices.

Apple handles App Store distribution, your Apple Account and any device backups you enable. Depending on your Apple settings, Apple may process diagnostics and make app-specific crash or aggregated usage information available to the developer. We may use these reports to investigate faults and improve stability. Downloaded report copies are kept only as needed for that investigation and deleted within 12 months after it is resolved, unless a specific legal retention ground applies. Apple-controlled records follow Apple's own retention practices. This is separate from automatic telemetry in the game. The developer does not receive your Apple Account password or payment details. See Apple's Privacy Policy and your device's Analytics & Improvements and backup settings.

GitHub hosting, iCloud Mail, App Store services and a sharing destination you select may process data outside your country, including outside Türkiye or the European Economic Area. Those providers describe their locations and safeguards in their own notices. This notice does not treat use of the game or website as consent to international transfers and does not give the developer access to provider-controlled records.

Legal grounds and your rights

Where applicable, the grounds for handling a requested support exchange are providing the requested service or taking steps at your request; our legitimate interest in resolving technical issues, maintaining security and improving the affected feature while respecting your rights; compliance with a concrete legal duty; and establishing or defending legal claims. An optional report is never a condition of play. Any processing that legally requires consent must use a separate consent process.

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of personal data we hold, object to relevant processing, and complain to your competent data protection authority. Where processing depends on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. We do not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about you solely through automated processing.

For Türkiye, Bayram Baş is the data controller for support correspondence. Information is collected electronically through email and attachments; recipients and purposes are identified above. Under Turkish Law No. 6698, technical support, fault investigation, security and improvement of the affected feature rely on Article 5(2)(f) legitimate interests, subject to your fundamental rights and freedoms. Processing directly necessary to fulfil a specific request under the game license relies on Article 5(2)(c); meeting legal obligations, including answering KVKK requests, on Article 5(2)(ç); and records necessary to establish, exercise or protect a specific right on Article 5(2)(e). Article 11 rights include learning whether data is processed; obtaining information on processing, purpose and domestic or foreign recipients; requesting correction, erasure or destruction and notification to recipients; objecting to a detrimental result of exclusively automated analysis; and seeking compensation for unlawful processing.

Send a privacy request to bayrambas255@icloud.com, preferably from the address used for your earlier correspondence. Explain your request and the records concerned. We may ask for proportionate verification. Do not send identity documents in the first email. We answer within the applicable legal period; KVKK applications are concluded as soon as possible and within 30 days. If a legally prescribed application method or additional information is needed, we will explain it. This contact route does not limit statutory complaint or application rights. See Data & deletion for practical steps.

Children

The same local-first gameplay practices apply to all players. The game does not request a child's name, age or contact details and has no in-game chat or public player profile. Parents or guardians can manage local records and contact us about information a child may have sent to support. We will delete unnecessary child personal information when identified, subject to applicable legal obligations. Use the App Store's age rating and parental controls to decide whether the game is appropriate; this notice does not establish an age rating.

Security and changes

Local records rely on your device's app sandbox and device security. Email and hosting use the respective providers' safeguards; no method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Share only what is necessary.

We will update this policy and its effective date if practices change. Material changes will be communicated through the app or release information as appropriate. Any future advertising, purchases, accounts or cloud functionality requires an updated disclosure before release and any legally required choices. The current free release does not contain those features.
