Frequently asked questions

How do I play?

Tap a movable tile to turn it clockwise. Connect each shape to its matching destination, then tap Run. Every channel, including both paths on a double-channel tile, must belong to a correct delivery route. Tiles with screws are fixed; the upper and lower bridge paths stay separate. Undo and Hint can help when you get stuck.

Where is my progress saved?

Progress and preferences save automatically on the device you play on. The game has no cross-device sync or file transfer option for progress. Operating-system device backups depend on your own settings. On another device, use Restore purchases with the Apple Account used to buy the collection; this restores content access, but does not transfer puzzle progress.

My save will not open, or progress will not save.

If a save error appears, choose Retry save and keep the app open until saving succeeds. If a save cannot be read or is only partially recovered, a recovery option is offered when a valid previous save is available. Restoring replaces current progress with that earlier save. Keep the app and its data until the problem is resolved. If it continues, email us with the message shown.

Does resetting progress erase everything?

Settings → Reset progress starts campaign and daily progress, saved attempts and earned collection machines over. Sound, music, haptics, reduced-motion and language preferences are kept; appearance returns to System. The previous save remains in a local recovery file, and your Apple purchase is not removed. This does not erase all data. See the privacy page for details.

How do workshops and the Daily Machine unlock?

The first workshop’s 20 puzzles are free. Later workshops require completing 16 of the preceding workshop’s 20 puzzles and owning Workshop Collection. Purchasing does not skip this progress requirement or complete puzzles.

Daily Machine opens after completing puzzle 10. Today’s machine is free; the 60 distinct machines appear one a day using your device’s local date. A full cycle lets you see them all for free. Workshop Collection gives access to all 60 Daily Library machines without waiting for their day and lets you replay previous days. There is no penalty for missing a day.

If you do not own Workshop Collection and have finished all 20 free puzzles, Home’s main button takes you to today’s free machine if you have not completed it yet.

How do I earn the little collection machines?

Complete 10 and 20 different puzzles in each workshop to earn its two miniature machines. Replaying the same puzzle does not increase this count. These machines are keepsakes and do not give an advantage in puzzles.

What happens when I share a result?

Share result on the Daily Machine result screen sends a short text containing the date and hint-use status to the iOS share menu. You choose the app or recipient. Nothing is posted automatically, and this is not an online leaderboard.

Where are sound, motion and language settings?

Settings contains Sound effects, Music and Haptics. The game respects silent mode. The same page also offers Reduce motion, Appearance and Language. Choose Türkçe, English or your system preference.

Do I need the internet or an account?

No game account is needed. Free puzzles and purchased content whose access has already been verified can be played offline. Buying Workshop Collection or restoring purchases requires a connection to Apple’s services. There are no ads, subscriptions or analytics SDK. Opening this website, sending email or sharing a result through an online service may also require a connection.

What does Workshop Collection include?

Workshop Collection is an optional one-time purchase that provides access to 100 additional puzzles across the remaining five workshops and all 60 Daily Library machines without the daily wait. The 16-of-20 progress requirement still applies to workshops, and daily play still requires completing puzzle 10. Apple’s localized price appears on the purchase screen. It is not a subscription. Hints, undo and accessibility stay free; collection machines are earned through play.

How do I restore a purchase after reinstalling or on another device?

Use the Apple Account that made the purchase, then choose Settings → Workshop Collection → Restore purchases. Check your internet connection. This restores purchase access. Puzzle progress stays on the device you play on and does not transfer through purchase restoration. A purchase awaiting approval does not unlock content until Apple approves it. The game remembers a pending request after reopening; use the purchase screen’s explicit option to send the request again if needed. If an error continues, send us the message shown, without card details or account passwords.

Apple evaluates refund requests. See Apple’s refund information. A refunded purchase may remove access to paid content; puzzle saves are kept separately.

Will opening another puzzle lose my unfinished attempt?

When you switch campaign puzzles, the previous attempt is saved with its puzzle and survives reopening the app. Select that puzzle again to continue; a paid puzzle still requires verified purchase access.

Unfinished daily machines you started for free can be continued after the date changes while their saves remain on this device. The Daily Machine screen shows earlier unfinished attempts. Up to 60 unfinished daily attempts are kept alongside your open daily machine; when full, an older attempt makes room for a new one. Replaying a completed past day requires Daily Library access. If a save error appears, retry the save first.
