Information in the game
The game stores campaign and daily progress, completion dates, move and hint information, active and saved campaign and daily attempts, undo history and preferences in the app’s storage on your device. Your collection machines unlock based on this progress. Local backup and recovery files also stay there.
Separate local records link each daily puzzle started for free to its date, so unfinished machines can be continued after the date changes. Up to 60 unfinished daily attempts are kept alongside the active daily attempt; when full, an older attempt may make room for a new one. The game does not send these saves to a server. This version has no game account, advertising, tracking or analytics SDK.
At certain progress milestones, the game may ask Apple to show its app rating prompt. The app version is stored on your device to avoid requesting it again in the same version. Apple decides whether to display the prompt; if you choose to submit a rating or review, Apple handles that action.
Purchases through Apple
Workshop Collection is an optional one-time in-app purchase. Apple’s App Store services handle payment and purchase restoration. Apple processes account, payment and transaction information under its own policies. See App Store & Privacy.
The app evaluates Apple’s verified transaction and access information on the device to determine access to content. It does not send this information to a server operated by us, and the game does not receive card or bank details. We do not ask for card details or your Apple Account password for support. Purchase ownership is separate from the game progress stored on your device. Purchases and restoration require a connection to Apple’s services.
The time of a purchase request awaiting approval is stored on the device to help prevent accidental duplicate requests. This reminder does not unlock content. It is removed when the purchase is verified or you send a new request; a reminder older than 24 hours is cleared on the next check.
Resetting & deleting
Settings → Reset progress starts campaign and daily progress, active and saved attempts and earned collection machines over. Sound, music, haptics, reduced-motion and language preferences are kept; appearance returns to System. It does not cancel your Apple purchase or delete Apple’s transaction history. The previous save is archived locally for recovery. Restoring an earlier save when a save problem occurs also preserves the save being replaced.
Resetting does not remove every local file. Separate daily continuation records, pending-purchase reminders and rating-prompt reminders are outside this reset. A daily continuation record does not grant access without its matching unfinished attempt. Deleting the app and its data removes its local saves, preferences and recovery files. Offloading the app is not the same operation. If you exported copies in an earlier version, manage them separately in the location you selected. Operating-system and device backups depend on your own settings.
Support emails
If you email us, we receive your sender email address, message and any attachments you choose to include to understand and respond to your request. The game does not send these automatically. Please avoid unnecessary personal or sensitive information. You can use the same address to request information about, or deletion of, the support messages you sent.
This website
The hosting provider for this static support website is GitHub Pages. We have added no analytics, advertising, cookies, external fonts or executable scripts to the site.
Visiting the website is separate from playing the offline game. GitHub states that it logs and stores Pages visitors’ IP addresses for security purposes. See GitHub Pages data collection and the GitHub General Privacy Statement. These describe GitHub’s processing; they do not mean that the game sends your saves to GitHub.
