Lunivo Privacy Policy

Summary

Lunivo is designed with your privacy as a priority. All your health and activity data is stored exclusively on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or have access to your personal information.

1. Information You Provide

When you use the App, you may enter:

Profile: name (optional), age, sex, height, weight, and your goals
Records: meal/calorie and macro logs, water and weight entries, habits, workout and walk records, notes
Preferences: language, notification settings, and app preferences

All of this is stored only on your device. We never collect, access, or transmit this data to any server.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect:

Personal identifiers that leave your device (name, email, phone)
Location data
Device identifiers or advertising IDs (IDFA)
Usage analytics or behavioral data
Cookies or tracking technologies

3. Data Storage

All data is stored on your device using Apple's SwiftData; preferences are stored in UserDefaults.
No cloud storage, no remote servers, no external databases.
Data is protected by your device's built-in security (passcode, Face ID); you can also lock the App with Face ID.

4. Apple Health (HealthKit)

With your permission, Lunivo reads your steps, walking distance, active energy, and exercise minutes from Apple Health. Lunivo does not write any data to Apple Health; the weight you log stays in the App, on your device. This data is processed on your device; it is never sent to a server, used for advertising, or shared with third parties. You can revoke permission anytime via Apple Health or iOS Settings.

5. Third-Party Services

The optional Lunivo Pro subscription is managed entirely through the Apple App Store. Payment is processed by Apple; we do not collect or store your payment information. The transaction is governed by Apple's privacy policy.

We do not use any analytics, advertising, crash reporting, social media SDKs, or tracking tools.

6. Notifications

The App may request permission to send local notifications for reminders. These are generated entirely on your device; no data is sent to external servers. You can disable notifications anytime in the App or your device settings.

7. Data Deletion

You can delete all your data anytime via Settings → Delete Data. Since no data is stored on our servers, deletion is immediate and complete. Uninstalling the App also removes all data.

8. Children's Privacy

Lunivo is not designed for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them (we collect no personal data at all).

9. Data Security

On-device storage only — health data is never transmitted over a network.
iOS sandboxing — the App's data is isolated from other apps.
Device-level protection — your passcode and Face ID.

10. GDPR & KVKK

The App complies with applicable data protection regulations including the EU GDPR and Türkiye's KVKK. Since all data is stored locally on your device, you retain full control at all times. Data controller: Bayram Baş (individual developer), Istanbul, Türkiye.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Changes are reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
