Lunivo Terms of Use

By downloading or using Lunivo, you agree to these Terms.

1. App Description

Lunivo is a health and fitness app for tracking nutrition, movement, habits, and weight. It requires no account; all your data is stored only on your device.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you must use it under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Free and premium: Core tracking features are free. Lunivo Pro premium features are unlocked via in-app purchase.
Payment via Apple: All payments are processed through the Apple App Store / StoreKit; your card details are handled by Apple, not shared with us.
Auto-renewal: The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period, and the fee is charged to your Apple ID within that window.
Cancellation: Cancel anytime via iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Lunivo. Access continues until the end of the current period.
Refunds: Refunds are handled by Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com); we cannot issue refunds directly.
Right of withdrawal: As immediately accessible digital content, the right of withdrawal does not apply (EU 2011/83/EU Art. 16(m); Türkiye Law No. 6502).

4. Health Disclaimer

Lunivo is a wellness and fitness tool; it is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Calorie targets and plans are for general information. Consult a healthcare professional before starting any program — especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or have a history of eating disorders. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.

5. Your Data

Content you create in the App belongs to you and is stored only on your device; it is not sent to our servers. See the Privacy Policy for details. Backing up or transferring your data is your responsibility.

6. License

You are granted a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App. Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (LAEULA) is incorporated into these Terms; Apple is not a party but is a third-party beneficiary.

7. User Responsibilities

You must use the App lawfully and must not attempt to bypass its security mechanisms, manipulate in-app purchases, or reverse engineer it except as permitted by law.

8. Intellectual Property

Lunivo's name, logo, design, and code belong to Bayram Baş and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Using the App grants you no intellectual property rights.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the App.

11. Termination

You may stop using the App, delete your data, or remove the App at any time.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time; changes are reflected by the date above. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; the courts of İstanbul have jurisdiction. Rules favorable to consumers are reserved.
