1. Overview
Petalfort works without an account, advertising, or a network connection. It uses no advertising or third-party analytics SDKs, contains no in-app purchases, and does not track people across apps or websites.
Petalfort does not collect data from the app. In this policy, “collect” means transmitting data off the device so that the developer or a third party can access it beyond servicing a real-time request.
2. Data stored on your device
Petalfort stores the following information locally on your device:
- campaign progress and game saves;
- achievements and statistics;
- earned currency and Joker inventory;
- tutorial state; and
- preferences such as sound and haptics.
A random key stored in the iOS Keychain is used only to verify the integrity of local saves. It is not an account or device identifier. This information is not synchronized to a developer server.
Depending on your Apple backup settings, local app data may be included in and restored from an Apple-managed iOS backup. Petalfort does not control or guarantee an individual backup or restore.
3. Optional playtest insights
Save Playtest Insights is off by default. If you enable it, Petalfort stores authored gameplay events and numeric outcomes, session duration, app and build version, and interface language locally on your device.
The archive uses random event, session, and run identifiers. It contains no name, email address, account ID, advertising ID, device fingerprint, or free-form player text.
The archive retains at most 1,500 events from the most recent 30 days. Petalfort does not upload this archive automatically.
4. User-directed sharing
If you choose Share Playtest Report, iOS opens the system share sheet and sends the generated JSON report only to the destination you select. Petalfort does not select a recipient or transmit the report in the background.
A service you select may process the report under its own privacy terms. Review that destination before sharing.
5. Retention, choices, and deletion
- Turning off Save Playtest Insights deletes the local insights archive and temporary report files.
- Reset Campaign Progress clears campaign progress and the current game checkpoint. It does not erase preferences, earned inventory or currency, achievements, or statistics.
- Deleting the app removes remaining data in the app container. A random, non-identifying save-verification key may remain in the iOS Keychain.
6. Website hosting
Visiting this public information website is separate from using the Petalfort app. This website is hosted by GitHub Pages. GitHub may process technical information, including visitor IP addresses and access or security logs, to deliver and protect its service under the GitHub General Privacy Statement.
Bayram Baş does not add advertising, third-party analytics, or tracking scripts to this website. This hosting disclosure does not change the app privacy statement above: Petalfort 1.0 itself does not automatically transmit or collect app data.

This policy will be revised before a Petalfort release changes the data practices described above. The effective date at the top of this page shows the latest policy version.
